Mark practices in the areas of Workers
Compensation, Personal Injury, and Civil Litigation. He received his A.B.,
cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 1973 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude,
from the Western New England College School of Law in 1984, where he was a
recipient of the American Jurisprudence Awards in Remedies and Family Law.
Mark is admitted to practice before the courts of Connecticut and
Massachusetts. He is a member of the Hartford County and Connecticut Bar
Associations, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
